High Paying Adsense Keywords – Super Easy To Rank For

In this post I’m going to be discussing and revealing the highest paying adsense keywords, with little or no competition. You know, the dream keywords, that have a massive CPC, but yet are very, very easy to rank for.

The problem most people have when searching for the top paying keywords is they will be presented with a list that will include things like:

• Insurance
• Personal injury
• Motor insurance quotes
• Car accident lawyers
• Car donate
• Data recovery raid

While these types of keywords do have massive CPCs, just take a look at the kind of competition you will be up against.

The picture shows the backlink profile for the site ranking number 1 for the term “motor insurance quotes” I think you would agree, it would take an absolutely massive SEO budget, to even think about competing with a site such as this.

If we head over to spyfu, and get a current list of the highest paying adsense keywords it looks like this:

Some pretty impressive CPCs!

You will notice that nearly all of the keywords are for lawyers, and lawyers in specific places. So you have “asbestos lawyer Wisconsin” “New Orleans mesothelioma lawyer”, “auto accident attorneys Orange County” and so on and so forth.

This highlights the fact that these types of local business keywords are absolutely perfect for setting up adsense sites and getting some huge CPC’s.

Local Business Terms?

For those that are thinking how the hell can I set up a site based around these types of terms, I am about to explain. Lets first lets have a dig around the whole local business thing first though.

For a start, the keywords that are displayed in the spyfu list above, will be competitive and not that easy to rank for. If we take the top ranking site for “Tennessee mesothelioma attorney” its backlink profile looks like this:

But lawyers are just one type of business, and Tennessee is just one state, there are plenty more to choose from!

When I’m doing my keyword research for these types of sites, I like to open up a list of the highest populated states in the US, something like this over at wikipedia.

Next we need to match that with a local business keyword. So you could have:

• Dentist
• Boiler repair
• Architect
• Divorce lawyer
• Well driller
• Accountants
• Car repair
• Roofers
• Ac repair

The list is really endless. Bear in mind that each business you target, should have a pretty decent return on a single customer, this will ensure the CPCs are high.

Lets take a look at a couple of examples:

“ac repair dallas”

You will see the phrase gets 1000 exact match searches per month and has several LSI alternatives, getting a fair amount of search volume. The CPC is also huge at £65.93 (I’m from the UK)

Now lets take a look at the backlink profile for the site occupying the first spot for the keyword:

I’d call that mildly competitive, and totally do able with some high PR backlinks.

Another example could be:

“seattle dentists”

The CPC in this example is lower at £9.17, but bear in mind you can expect to receive a 68% share of this figure, making a single click worth a huge amount in adsense terms.

Now, lets take a look at the backlink profile of the page, occupying the first spot:

Nothing at all to worry about here, you could claim top spot, in a very very short space of time.

Micro Sites Are For Winners!

I’m sure everyone is fully aware of the EMD update and how tons of small niche sites, got wiped out overnight.

Not local business sites though!

Think about it, what local business, builds an authority site? None. They have maybe 4-5 pages explaining their services and that is it.

So that’s exactly what we do, we build a 4-5 page generic site. Explaining things like the best way to find a Seattle dentist, how much you should expect to pay and what type of services a Seattle dentist will offer.

What this shows is, this method of finding high paying local business terms is very scalable, you could easily build several sites per month, and then enjoy the passive adsense income, or sell them on Flippa, for up to 15 times the monthly revenue.

Point To Note:

Positioning your adsense adds in hot spots on your web page is massively important for a high click through rate, remember we have already uncovered the keywords with massive CPC’s, it would be a shame then to position your adds so poorly that they weren’t getting any clicks!
